If any damage occurs to the vehicle, including tire burst or damage, you will be fully responsible for covering the cost of repairs. We recommend driving carefully to avoid any unnecessary expenses.
2. What if I’m involved in an accident or caught in illegal activity while renting the vehicle?
In the event of an accident or involvement in illegal activities, Ahirani will not be held responsible. No insurance claims will be made, and you will be fully liable for all damages, legal consequences, and costs.
3. Does Ahirani provide insurance coverage for rental vehicles?
No, Ahirani does not offer insurance coverage for rental vehicles. All damages, fines, penalties, and legal expenses during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. Are there any additional charges for drop-off or pickup services?
Yes, the following additional charges apply:
Airport Drop/Pickup: ₹500
Within the City (Beyond 10 km): ₹300 - ₹400
Within the City (Under 10 km): ₹200 delivery charge
5. What is the policy for late returns?
If the vehicle is not returned by the agreed time, a late return fee will apply. The fee depends on the rental type and the duration of the delay.
6. Do I need to refuel the vehicle before returning it?
Yes, the vehicle should be returned with the same amount of fuel as when it was provided. Failing to do so will result in a refueling charge.
7. Can I use the vehicle for racing or towing?
No, using the vehicle for racing, towing, or any illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in the termination of the rental agreement and penalties.
8. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges. Last-minute cancellations may result in the loss of the booking amount.
9. How do I make payments for my rental?
Payments must be made upfront before the rental period begins. Additional charges, such as for damages or late returns, will be deducted from your security deposit or billed separately.
10. Can Ahirani terminate my rental agreement?
Yes, Ahirani reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if any terms and conditions are violated.
